It was a pleasure working with Barney McKenna & Olmstead. Our situation was a difficult one and there was no telling what the outcome would be. Eric Olmstead is knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with. Not only does he provide his input, but he wants and often incorporates input from the client. This means our due diligence to help resolve our situation was welcomed. Going to mediation was stressful but Eric prepped us and then worked extremely well with the Mediator. Again he welcomed our participation directly with the Mediator and provide excellent feedback to us when the Mediator was not in the chat room. While determined to drive the 8 hours to participate in person, Eric suggested the value of virtual participation. This worked out extremely well and precluded a long round trip. Ultimately because of Eric’s participation, our real estate issues were resolved in a fair manner and for the most part, were a win-win for both parties which we didn’t think was feasible under the circumstances. Also, Ricki Stephens was extremely helpful as the Paralegal guiding us through the process of providing input to Eric along the way. We highly recommend Barney McKenna & Olmstead particularly for residential real estate issues.
