Joseph graduated from BYU with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies and a 3.8 GPA. Joseph also attended BYU’s J. Reuben Clark School of Law which he graduated from in 2005, in the top 1/3rd of his class.
While attending law school, Joseph externed for the Chief Justice of the Utah Supreme Court, the Office of General Counsel for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and the Utah Attorney General’s Office. He also served as a Senior Editor for BYU’s Education Law Journal, co-authored multiple chapters for a student law-religion manual, and helped plan and orchestrate annual international law and religion symposia.
From 2005-2015, Joseph practiced law in Las Vegas as a civil litigator before joining BMO Law Firm in July 2015. His primary areas of practice include estate planning, business law, litigation and real estate law.
