Zachary Snipe

Zachary served as a deputy prosecutor in the State of Washington working on prosecutions for felony-level criminal offenses prior to joining BMO as a civil litigation attorney.

Zachary successfully prosecuted several hundred criminal cases in superior and district courts. Dozens of these criminal cases turned into jury trials, where he secured guilty verdicts in a substantial number of those cases that went to trial. Zachary served for over a year as the dedicated prosecutor for the Olympic Peninsula Narcotics Enforcement Team (OPNET), with a highly regarded track record of convictions for several of the region’s most high-profile dealers of controlled substances, resulting in many substantial prison sentences. Zachary successfully argued a wide range of legal issues through both written and oral advocacy. His extensive courtroom and trial experience gives him a significant edge as he now turns his career to civil litigation.

Since relocating to St. George, Zachary has turned his focus to zealously representing the interests of the residents of Utah. Zachary combines respectful but firm advocacy with an aggressive and determined courtroom style. Zachary epitomizes the quote “[B]e nice until it’s time to not be nice.”

Zachary has extensively traveled the world to more than ninety independent countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, Central America, South America, and Oceania. He has now settled down in the St. George area with his wife and their young son. He has fallen in love with Southern Utah and is committed to serving the community.
