Preston Mathews
Preston focuses his law practice primarily on estate administration and litigation, and he regularly helps clients with a wide variety of real property issues. Prior to joining BMO Preston worked for firms in Nevada and California where he represented clients in a broad range of civil ligation, real property, and estate matters. He has represented some of the largest financial institutions in the country. He also spent significant time managing vast mineral interests in west Texas, much of which involved negotiating mineral leases and easement agreements.
Preston makes it a priority to develop excellent working relationships with his clients, understand their unique objectives, and resolve their legal issues carefully and efficiently.
Preston enjoys anything outdoors and horsing around with his kids, both at the same time, if possible.
