Miguel Muñoz
Miguel focuses his practice on business and corporate law, tax law, and estate planning. He began his practice in El Paso, Texas, where he gained invaluable experience in handling complex cross-border transactions and international business structuring. His extensive experience includes guiding acquisitions and divestitures of multimillion-dollar entities, managing intricate corporate transactions, and structuring entities to optimize estate planning.
Miguel holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Utah Tech University in St. George, Utah. He went on to earn his J.D. from the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona, where he also served as president of the U of A’s chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society and earned certificates in both business litigation and business transactional law.
Licensed to practice in Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah, Miguel offers his clients a wealth of legal expertise, coupled with a client-focused approach that prioritizes strategic solutions and exceptional service.
When he’s not in the office, Miguel enjoys rock climbing, hiking, restoring antique vehicles, working on projects around his home, and spending quality time with his wife and children.
